Lacee Jacobs

Lacee Jacobs is the Founder and President of Rebel Retail Advisors. With more than a decade of industry experience, she specializes in merchandising, pre-leasing and lease-up strategy for mixed-use and experience-led destinations. Her understanding of both leasing and development allows her to shape thoughtful retail strategies that serve owners, tenants and the places they share.

Before founding Rebel, Lacee served as Senior Vice President of Retail at Midway, where she led brand curation, partner relationships and customized retail experiences for major mixed-use environments. Her earlier work with CBRE’s Houston urban leasing team further developed her local market expertise and broader perspective on tenant growth.

Throughout her career, Lacee has represented owners and developers including Clarion Partners, Hines, Mill Creek, Stonelake Capital, Parkway Properties, Trigate Capital, Skanska, Provident Realty, Sentinel, Stockbridge and L&B Realty Advisors. She has also supported growth strategies for brands including Fox Restaurant Concepts, CAMP, Ballard Designs, BRG Hospitality, Citizens and Tenfold Coffee.

Lauren Heimann combines deep market intelligence with hands-on retail leasing experience across major Texas markets. Over 15 years in commercial real estate built her sharp strategic perspective, while leadership roles at Kimco Realty and Regency Centers gave her extensive experience managing multi-million-square-foot portfolios and ground-up developments.

At Rebel, Lauren brings those strengths together to help clients evaluate opportunities, target the right national tenants, and move negotiations toward stronger outcomes.
